Greetings from the Rocky Mountains, where the land rises up to be embraced bywhite billowing clouds. A land where treeless tundra meets with twisted timberline pines and stretches through ever changing landscapes to fertile lowland valleys. Dancing waters tumble from snowcapped peaks to join thundering streams that carve through steep winding canyons below. Vivid blue wings flashthrough a shimmering aspen grove. A majestic bull elk steps into the the grassy meadow that is bursting with a rainbow of floral beauty. This is God's handiwork at its best.
The Mountain Gallery shows some of the photographs I made in the mountains of Europe and North America. Most of the time I was engaged at the same time in technical climbing or mountaineering. The Gallery is a portraiture of these activities, as well as of incredibly beautiful places.
This site is for "those of us who would rather be there, than here." It is actually three galleries in one. The Teneiya Gallery features color photography of the Sierra and the West. The Split Rock Gallery contains black and white photography with an emphasis on "light, form, and relation." Many of the images have outdoor themes. The Off The Wall area will almost always contain some kayaking and climbing photography, but could include photos of just about anything!
It is a collection of landscape, portrait and fine art photography exhibited in a clean, eye-popping HTML gallery interface. Most photos taken with 35mm Olympus OM10 & Pentax K1000. (I prefer totally manual, actually) cameras, in the midwest/southern states of US.
Photographs from wild places of the world. Images from the deserts of the american southwest to New Zealands rainforests. Most recent adventure to the Arctic Islands of Norway. These images deal with exploring our own spirituality through the simple/complex elements in nature. An everchanging display of large prints produced by Jim Wallace using a 4x5 View Camera. After 10 years of teaching environmental biology Jim has been working full time making images of the natural world for the past 20 years. The gallery is set up as several areas providing information about the artist and his work including several changing pages of images and pages for new adventure images and dialogue.

Mike Brown's Imaging Web Site
My cameras are used to explore and capture images of the unseen world usingtechniques like high speed photography, kite aerial photography, and 3D satellite imaging. When not using these special techniques I often will take up the camera and focus on the fleeting moments of beauty that occur in the natural world. I hope you enjoy the Image Gallery located at my web site and perhaps will review the technical material I've posted and use it to stimulate your own creative endeavors. Enjoy!
The Ready For Prime Time Photography Gallery
Fine Art photographers often find gallery space closed to them because their names are not recognized by the public. The "Catch 22" is that one cannot become famous without first having gallery space. The Ready For Prime Time Photography Gallery presents the work of photographers who excel in talent but presently do not have representation or coverage by traditional means. Phase 1 of the gallery is now complete - 5 photographers, 20 images. All of the photographers are from the United States, 4 are from New Orleans, Louisiana. The gallery is a non-profit organization, whose sole motive is to promote fine art photography.
Spook's Photography Page

"Journeys Through Wild Light" is an on-line publication featuring the photographic "Impressions of Nature" of Kurt Ross / Masterworks. A few of the destinations awaiting your exploration include New York's Adirondack Wilderness & Niagara Region, Acadia National Park and the Maine Coast, the American Southwest and the Rocky Mountains. All effects were created in-camera and not digitally via computer manipulation or enhancement. The intense coloration of some of this work is due to the beautiful natural light that occurs between night and day. Journeys Through Wild Light will continue to evolve and grow as a meditative place, far off of the tacky and garish Information Highway.
Images of nature landscapes and scenics that portray the natural earth without intrusive evidence of the "hand of man." Locations include the Colorado Plateau, the Rocky Mountains (incuding BC and Yukon) and the great Southwest Desert. Mounted/matted original prints up to 20 X 24 image size are available on Ilfochrome Classic, a beautiful medium for conservation quality photographic
prints.

I specialize in underwater photography, and ocean related subjects.I particularly enjoy shooting large and what some would consider dangerous marine life. Unusual subjects are always welcome. It is always a pleasure for me to capture interaction between man and the marine life. My home page and the California section show photos of a megamouth shark. It is extremely rare. It was not discovered until 1976 in Hawaii. To date only seven have ever been seen, and most of them were dead. The megamouth I photographed in October of 1990 is the only Megamouth Shark ever photographed alive!
In this highly competitive world of outdoor and nature photography I find great satisfaction in knowing that every time I press that shutter release and capture that "moment in time," I have an image that is completely unique in all the world and can never be duplicated. This web site was created so that I could share my joy and passion with the world. And of course like most web sites, it's a promotional tool, a new means to present and promote my work for potential customers who may wish to purchase or use my images. But beyond all the techno-jumble, my hopes are that the images presented here move or motivate you in some positive way as so many images have moved me. Comments are always welcome! Enjoy.

San Diego based master photographer/instructor/lecturer Michael Seewald has painted and photographed since age 4, winning local competitions by the age of 10, national at 18, and international at 30.
Photographers Forum Magazine states: Seewald's images communicate in a quiet, lyrical way. Speaking to the photographer, one feels that this is an individual so in love with his art, so in love with the world, that he'll work for as long as he's able to see, as long as his legs and arms will carry him. Adversity does not stop Seewald. If anything, it fuels him, and we're fortunate to be able to enjoy the results.
The site contains 72 images from 30 portfolios, photo-workshop info, and info on Seewald's unique sponsorship program.
Scenic images from Central Oregon, Rock climbing and Landscape.
